As a spiritual advisor and IT professional  with over 40 years of experience, I have experienced setbacks and challenges in my life.  I also realize the importance of resiliency, to navigate change, handle the ups and downs of life, and embrace fully all that life offers us.

 

 In this six session exploration of resilience, you'll learn how to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity. Together, we will explore what resilience is, why it's essential to have a strong foundation in resilience, and we'll provide tips and tools to help you build your resilience muscle.  The program  is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand this cultivable trait and become the most resilient version of yourself that you can be.

Each week you can join me live where we will dive into a specific topic.  You will have a companion workbook to follow along with exercises and practices.

If you cannot join live, the recordings will be available to you in the program.  With the companion workbook you will be able to follow at your own pace, repeat weeks and work your way.
