Harvest Your Spirit

A Retreat for letting go & Renewal

September 27 to 29, 2024

The Retreat House, Simsbury, Connecticut

As the leaves change and the air cools, nature shows us the beauty of letting go. This September, we invite you to join us for a transformative three-day retreat, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and renew your spirit for the journey ahead.

Why Attend This Retreat?

What to Expect

Friday 5PM to Sunday Noon

Day 1: Setting Intentions

  • Intention Setting: Begin your journey by grounding yourself in clarity and purpose. We'll guide you through exercises to help you set meaningful intentions for the retreat and beyond.

  • Community Building: Connect with like-minded individuals in a safe, supportive space. Share your stories, aspirations, and dreams.

Day 2: Exploring Your Passion

  • Workshop: Finding Your Passion: Dive deep into discovering what truly ignites your soul. Our workshop will help you uncover your passions and align them with your life’s purpose.

  • Creative Workshop: What’s in Your Way? Engage in a hands-on creative session to identify and release the barriers that hold you back from living fully.

  • Evening Fire Release Ceremony: Under the stars, participate in a powerful fire ceremony. Release old patterns, fears, and doubts, and watch them transform into ashes.

Day 3: Integrating Your Experience

  • Integration Session: Reflect on your journey and solidify your new insights. Learn practical tools to integrate your experiences into your daily life.

  • Free Time for Reflection: Spend time in nature, journal, or meditate in our serene environment.

  • Daily Meditation: Begin each day with guided meditation to center yourself and cultivate inner peace.
